This statement reflects our strong commitment to bringing smiles and vitality to our users through nursing care. In the nursing care field, many individuals face physical challenges and often feel discouraged. Our mission is to help these individuals regain their vitality and "shine in their own way."

My decision to enter the nursing care industry came after a long battle with illness during my youth. Between the ages of 19 and 24, I suffered from a serious illness, undergoing multiple hospitalizations. During a time when I wanted to be active in society, I found myself spending many days in a hospital bed. It was the nurses I met during this time who helped me hold on to hope. Their constant cheerfulness and positivity saved me countless times.
Through this experience, I learned that "people can be happy in any situation." Driven by a deep desire to support people with illnesses and disabilities, I made the decision to start a business in the nursing care sector.

However, once we began operating our facilities, we encountered numerous challenges. Our care staff were struggling under difficult working conditions, which led to a lack of sufficient care for our users. I realized that in order to provide high-quality services to each individual, it was essential to first create an environment where staff could work healthily and feel motivated.
As a result, we became fully committed to creating a workplace where staff could "shine on their own"—a place where they could feel fulfilled and grow, knowing that this would ultimately lead to better service for our users.

"PD House," a facility specializing in Parkinson's disease, is a prime example of this initiative.
We emphasize not only physical care, but also mental well-being. Even when the body is unable to move as desired, a healthy mind allows individuals to live a fulfilling life, shining as they truly are. This belief is central to our approach.

Furthermore, we are dedicated to fostering collaboration between nursing care and medical care. By conducting joint research with domestic and international university hospitals, medical institutions, and partners from other industries, we are leveraging the latest technologies and data to provide higher-quality nursing care services. These cutting-edge initiatives are crucial steps in introducing new value to the nursing care field and striving for "true user satisfaction."

At Sunwells, we aim to contribute to our local community by helping our staff shine and our users thrive.
Although we are still in the early stages, we will continue to challenge ourselves to bring about evolution and change in nursing care services, continuously creating new models of care for the future.
